mistakes happen!

Iya, my last post was a complete bust, wasn't it? Is the thought of Youtube-ing yourself kind of weird? Ah - my post wasn't on private this whole time, was it?! ... Iya, it wasn't. Un, I can understand why some people wouldn't want to be laughed at, but mistakes happen all the time, right? We trip, we fall, we break bones and skin our knees. The scars that we have show us that we're human. It's good to laugh at yourselves every now and then.

Anyway, my friend told me a riddle and I have no idea how to solve it! Anyone wanna try and help me? ( 笑 ) I don't remember it word for word but he told me that changing the wording doesn't really change anything, so...

The planet Earth is truly a lonely one in which no one person can really understand it.

... What does it mean?! ( 笑 ) He said that 1) It has nothing to do with aliens or martians or lifeform on other planets but! 2) Saying that nothing really is what it seems is on the right track but still far from the answer.
